Robert is the Group Operations Director.
He is a people person and mentor by nature, is a Chartered Chemical Engineer by profession. Robert is a Fellow of the IChemE and brings over 40 years international experience in various technical and management roles in MNCs and projects and start-ups in Europe and Asia as well as having run businesses for many years.
His areas of expertise cover design, commissioning and safety management, quality assurance, validation, construction supervision. Robert has been a member of IChemE and ISPE for many years including having been a committee member and committee chairman.
Since co-founding Ispahan, Robert has also taken on responsibilities in financial controls, business development and human resource management.

Dawn has been in charge of the financial operations of Ispahan since 2009 where she has been responsible for overseeing the cash flow and payroll for the whole organisation. Her previous portfolio includes private companies in diverse industries, associations and government statutory boards.
